Early Work

I used to wake everyday ready to search for the best painting I had yet painted.

I used to wake everyday almost feeling like I had forgotten how to paint.

I used to always feel only as good as I felt about my last painting.

This is a difficult cycle of the artist that eventually creates a perserverance immersed in a calm, yet strong faith. I now realize that the doubt I had encountered almost constantly while painting these was a gift.

You should do what you ought to do and then learn to love it.

Then and only then can you observe yourself doing it.

These are some of the paintings I have sold over the years and provide a better breadth of work for you to see.
